Let us answer your  questions.  

We chose to work directly with you and not your insurance.  Boston Holistic Health Center is self-pay and requires full payment at the time of service.  The Center is out-of-network (non-participating) with all insurance providers.  

We do not bill insurance, but will give you a detailed explanation of services which you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.

We still work with health insurance when it comes to your prescription medications, laboratory work, imaging studies and referrals to other specialists and hospitals. 

Our office accepts cash, check and most major credit cards.

Yes, check with your insurance carrier for what documentation you may need to submit.  

It’s up to your insurance on which labs are covered.  Many of our licensed providers are able to submit orders.  Coverage depends on both your plan and the tests that you are having done.  

Please contact your insurance carrier for details and for a list of lab companies that are in your network. 

Some testing may be out of network and require payment at the time of your sample collection.  When possible, we will work with you to provide an estimate for these lab costs.  However, we suggest  you contact the lab directly to review your policy details and obtain the most accurate estimate. 

First office visits with a provider typically last 60-90 minutes.  Follow up visits are typically 30-60 minutes.
